Hello,
I took over a Power BI Dashboard and it has over 20 million rows of data. The file I use on Desktop to edit with has 50 rows pre loaded but they are from 2020. I use this to edit and then when I publish it to the workspace it will refresh all 20 Million rows.
Is there a way to set that up again on this dashboard but use a new 50 rows with more modern data? Not sure if this is something I am supposed to add to the Query and then remove so after I edit it, all the rows will show up.
Thank you for your help.
are thes 50 rows the result of a parameterized filter? Usually "Refresh Preview" should do the trick. That fetches 1000 rows max.
