Keep end users out of PQ & Data Model

Is there anyway I can disable or restrict users of my Excel PowerPivot files such that they cannot access the Data Model or edit the queries that load them?

sure, but why? Your job is to help your users get to insights and actions faster,  not to make it more difficult for them.
