Issues with RoundUp in M query

Hi Guys,

I want to round up the date time values to next multiple of 5 min as follows:

8/31/2019 9:44:49 PM --> 8/31/2019 9:45:00 PM

9/1/2019 1:58:18 AM --> 9/1/2019 2:00:00 AM

8/31/2019 11:58:10 PM --> 9/01/2019 12:00:00 AM

How can this be done in Power Query? Please advice

I cannot for the life of me understand why the Time values are from 0 to 99999 for a 24 hr period. Every increment represents 0.86400864(repeat) seconds. I get that is how Excel does it, but not sure why that nonsense was replicated in Power Query or Power BI. Should count to 86400 then start over for the next day. 🤷‍

DAX is for Analysis. Power Query is for Data Modeling
