I am trying to connect to a CSV file loaded in Amazon S3 bucket.
i setup the data source in powerBI using the web connection and API URL. The data will preview / load fine in desktop app and shows correctly in Power Query Advanced Editor. However, when scheduling a refresh in PowerBi Service the refresh is failing I believe due to a special character "?" within the API URL.
Any idea how to resolve? Do i need to replace with Unicode string somewhere?

Based on my test using Power bi desktop version : 2.76.5678.782 64-bit (December 2019). I cannot reproduce your issue here. Could you please share the screen shot of your issue to me?
