Issue with running Power Query Recursively to get all data using REST API

I have a link with over 1000 data points which I am trying to access.

I tried multiple approaches to get that data but kept facing issues due to different reasons such as formula firewall.

I finally decided to use a recursive approach and ended up with the following code.

It is not working as intended, therefore I wanted to understand what I am doing wrong.

It is only getting the first 200 data points instead of all as required.

What am I doing wrong?
