Am I doing anything wrong?
Yes, I was quite clear in my answer that you need to read the API documentation for your data provider to find the correct filter terminology to use. The URL I gave was purely an example of what it might look like and where to put the URL (Web Connector) to connect to the endpoint.
Again: You need to read the API documentation from the data provider to find the correct way to present the filters that you want to apply in the URL.

Hi @Shellysethi ,
You'll first need to read the API documentation from the data provider to see the correct way to present the date filters in the URL to get what you want. Once you have that, put the URL, complete with correctly-presented filters, into the Web Connector.
It may look something like this but, again, you'll need to read up on the correct way to present the filter arguments for your particular endpoint:
https://companyservices.org/api/follow_BI?date_start=20230705&date_end=20230707
