Hi,
I have data in an excel file that I want to import into a Power BI report, unfortunately the data is in a table not a list.
For example:
Product Jan 2020 Feb 2020 Mar 2020
20404 £13.42 £12.00 £12.50
20200 £6.77 £7.00 £7.25
How do I import this data as a list so:
Product Month Price
20404 Jan 2020 £13.42
20404 Feb 2020 £12.00
20404 Mar 2020 £12.50
20200 Jan 2020 £6.77
20200 Feb 2020 £7.00
20200 Mar 2020 £7.25
Is there a DAX function that I can use when importing the data that will do the conversion? Or would it be better to import each month individually and combine the data in Power BI using an append query? (Seems a long winded solution to me)
Thanks

Don't worry, found the solution.
In edit query, select product column, right click, "unpivot other columns".
