Import from CSV Decimal separator - changes to date

Hello

I have a problem with import from CSV. The decimal separator is a dot, but the import PQ will change some values to date. For exaple 11.44 is paź.44 (short month name and short year).

I know the problem is in polish regional setting but I coudent find right settings.

Can you help me please?

I found an error in the csv file. All you had to do was open csv in excel and save, then csv converted some numbers into text "paź.44". Unfortunately . It is not conected with Power BI and regional setings.

I'd like to suggest you specify the culture for Table.TransformColumnTypes  function.

Table.TransformColumnTypes(table as table, typeTransformations as list, optional culture as nullable text) as table

You may try to add 'en-US' for the third parameter of the function as below.

= Table.TransformColumnTypes(Source,{{"Test", type number}},"en-US")

Have you tried to remove the change type step and convert the column using locale ?
