Hi,
I am new to power query. Can someone please assist me with an IF statement that can copy text values (names of people) from column with (names and amounts) text to a new column.
The if statement should be able to test if the value is a text, if the condition is yes then copy the value to the next column, if no then blank.
Thank you

Hey @Warren10976 ,
Try this in Power Query. This will extract all text within a value.
= Table.AddColumn(#"Changed Type", "Text Values", each Text.Select([Values],{"a".."z","A".."Z"}),type text)
