    You posted this in the Power Query board. Do you want the result in Power Query or in DAX?

     

    _PreviousDay = 
VAR _Date =
    [Date]
RETURN MAXX(FILTER(dimDate,[Date]<_Date && [Holiday Or Weekend]=FALSE()),[Date])
