How to show two rows of data together when putting it in a table

How do i get a table to show the either the REP or REC along with the "Orig" thats on top of it?

Hi @jackylam31 ,

I made a solution , you see if my understanding is wrong. I'm pivoting the original table to show the number of dates for ORIG/REP/REC.

Below is my table:

The final output is shown in the following figure:
