How to get the ranking of each element on the table based on a specific column and filters

Hello guys,

I have a table with 3 columns {username, followers, country}

I have two filters on my report {country, username}

I want to display the ranking by followers desc of the selected username.

if a country is selected, I want to display the ranking of the selected username in his country, else if no country is selected I want to display the ranking of the username in all the data.

Can you help please.
