How easily I can get this result as in picture with explanation
For huge list of data, I am looking for simplest way to get the output ?
In this case of the data, Column C, Status is filtered for YES 2. Column D Oper is filtered for Active & In Use and then removed the duplicate count from Column A so i get 4. Note: In my work, I have many columns.

@acerNZ Can you not consider removing duplicates for column A.
And then apply filter on colums status and Oper?
