If I wanted to break down my total revenue measure month over month in a table. I dont want to have to add a month each time, so want it to add everytime by itself

then use a matrix.
Then on your columns of matrix, right click and select show items with no data.

How do you want to break down the table by month, is it to distribute the total income evenly between each month, based on the picture you provided, I don't quite understand the logic of your distribution of income to each month, can you provide some more detailed description and some sample data and what you want to end up looking for?
