How to do if else function in power query using boolean and decimal

Hi, 

I need help to achieve 2 main goals with this data. 

1. To get the espected result column 

2. To remove the duplication for ID that have both expected result (Verified & Self Score) by keeping the expected result = Verified (priority)

This is my code Im usinh, however it gave me Self Score only as the outcome.

Try = null instead of = "null".
