How to create custom column with Power Query editor

Need to create a cusotm column with the combination of Letter P and PreviosuMonth data.

To add a custom column as below.

="P" & Number.ToText(Date.Month(DateTime.LocalNow())-1)

[artemus]

You mean something like:

"P" & Text.From([PreviousMonth])

Assuming PreviousMonth is a column that has the number 1 to 12
