How to count the occurrence of values in a column

Hi every one,

Need help.

In column data is like below.

Column

220/420/421

420/220

220/420

221/421/420

Output required in Visulizatuion(Table) is like below 

Column   Count

220          4

420          3

421          1

422          0

Add a custom column with: 

Text.Split([Column], "/")

click on the expand list column button on the colunm.

Do a group by on the expanded column. Have a count aggregation (should be the default).
