Hi All,
I have issue in my project How to Convert to substring to ascii code.....
([Table1].[Tp] = 'SSS' and (ascii(substring([Table1].[Txt ] , 1,1 )) not between 48 and 57))
I tried to below functions not working....
Please help how contvert string to values
Regards,
Suresh
The second part of the and statement looks like sql and it appears that the first character of the string should not be a number. M has several techniques to handle this issue.
This one is pretty direct.
not ("0" <= Text.Middle([Tp],0,1) and Text.Middle([Tp],0,1) <= "9")
I am including this one because you may want to know how to convert the character to a number in the future
not (48 <= Character.ToNumber(Text.Middle([Tp],0,1)) and Character.ToNumber(Text.Middle([Tp],0,1)) <= 57)
