How do I detect encoding from csv file and dynamically set desire encoding for each csv file

Hi,

I have multiple CSV file from multiple sources.   some I need to use encoding 874, some I need to encode by utf-8. 

by default, power query will detect the first file and apply the same encoding to all file. 

 

Is there a way to detect encoding of each csv file so that I can  dynamically set desire encoding to each of them?
