Google Big Query Service Account connectivity (Simba ODBC) - Intermittent Scheduled refresh error

I have created a report connecting to a BigQuery data source through a credentialed service account with Simba ODBC driver. The report refreshes in Power BI desktop with no issues. However for the same report, I am facing intermittent scheduled refresh errors on the Power BI Service, The refresh may be successful 4 or 5 times and then fail 2 to 3 times then come back to a successful refresh without any changes. Can anyone suggest the probable cause and ways to get arounf this problem.
