Getting query error for few lines on each refresh

I'm connecting a folder as a data source and trying to get data of each excel, getting error for Excel column headers of each excel (may be due to column type change), need help on fixing it

I'm trying to collect data of an simplilar header excel workbook by connecting a folder.
