Hi @courtneyinatl ,

Please check whether your organization's subscription is Office 365 Business Standard or Office 365 Enterprise Standard. Microsoft 365 for Business has fewer connectors than Microsoft 365 for Enterprise.

Here are the details:

Get Data in Excel in Microsoft 365 for Business:

- From File: From Workbook, From Text/CSV, From XML, From JSON, From PDF, From Folder

- From Database: From SQL Server Database, From Microsoft Access Database, From Analysis Services, From SQL Server Analysis Services Database (Import)

- From Azure: From Azure Data Explorer

- From Online Services

- From Other Sources: From Table/Range, From Web, From Microsoft Query, From OData Feed, From ODBC, From OLEDB, From Blank Query

Get Data in Excel in Microsoft 365 for Enterprise:

- From File: From Workbook, From Text/CSV, From XML, From JSON, From PDF, From Folder, From SharePoint Folder

- From Database: From SQL Server Database, From Microsoft Access Database, From Analysis Services, From SQL Server Analysis Services Database (Import), From Oracle Database, From IBM Db2 Database, From MySQL Database, From PostgreSQL Database, From Sybase Database, From Teradata Database, From SAP HANA Database

- From Azure: From Azure Data Explorer, From Azure SQL Database, From Azure Synapse Analysis, From Azure HDInsight (HDFS), From Azure Blob Storage, From Azure Table Storage, From Azure Data Lake Storage

- From Online Services: From SharePoint Online List, From Microsoft Exchange Online, From Dynamics 365 (online), From Salesforce Objects, From Salesforce Reports

- From Other Sources: From Table/Range, From Web, From Microsoft Query, From SharePoint List, From OData Feed, From Hadoop File (HDFS), From Active Directory, From Microsoft Exchange, From ODBC, From OLEDB, From Blank Query

Hi @courtneyinatl  Lot's of option missing in your version. Check your version and update. You should be able to find Exchange in online services and other services. This feature available in Microsoft 365.
