Hello Community,
I am facing connection issue with the following problem, appreciate any support and suggestion:
I have two machines:
1. Local Server (Server); which hosts Excel files in a folder, and a gateway is also installed. (Picture attached)
2. Computer: Connecting to above Server, in which I write PBIX, and connect vide Folder (data source) to above Excel Files.
Problem: unable to connect. (Picture attached)

For your issue, please let me the details below.
1. Do you install the power bi desktop in the computer?
2. Could you connect to the folder which is in Server in the power bi desktop in the computer?
3. Please make sure the path and the credential used in Power BI Service should be the same with that in Power BI Desktop.
4. Please check if your gateway is online and if you have the good network.
