If I understand you correctly, something like this should work.
Change the last column to suit your scenario.
Balance To Invoice =
CALCULATE(
SUMX (
'DNI',
('DNI'[QTY_SHIPPED] - 'DNI'[QTY_INVOICED]) * 'DNI'[SALE_UNIT_PRICE]
),
'DNI'[YourColumnToFilter] > 0
)
