Formula.Firewall invoke function from list of years with a source coming from a web site

I have a function where I specify a list of Years to grab from a website and output that data as a table. However I am getting Formula.Firewall error.  I'll post screen shots of my queries because I have no idea how to fix it.  It should combine all the years together when I invoke the function.  Thanks for your hel

So there is absolutely no workaround unless I disable privacy setting which I don't want to do.  If there is another way I would really like to find a solution to this.
