Hi all,
I am getting this error message:
Formula Firewall Query References Other Queries or Steps.
I am getting the filepath and filename as Named Ranges from the Excel Workbook
filepath : \\corp\entity1\dept\entity2\finance\revenue\team\estimate\11-Nov\
filename : revenue_week 11132022.xlsx
I then reference the parameters in a staging query based on this post from Ken Puls
But now the staging query is giving the same Formula Firewall error, even though it is only 5 lines to get the file and the sheet.
How can I beat the formula firewall error message?
Thanks,
-w
Hi @UncleLewis
You may try:
Going to: Options --> CURRENT FILE --> Privacy then setting the Privacy Level to "ignore the privacy levels and potentailly improve performance". For some people, this did the trick.
