Hello All,
I am importinfg data from an azure cube.
My query looks something like this :
let
Source = AnalysisServices.Database("--server--", "--database--", [TypedMeasureColumns=true, Implementation="2.0"]),
Model1 = Source{[Id="Model"]}[Data],
Model2 = Model1{[Id="Model"]}[Data],
#"Added Items" = Cube.Transform(Model2,
{
{Cube.AddAndExpandDimensionColumn, "[--table--]", {"[--table--].[--col--].[--col--]", "[--table--].[--col--].[--col--]"}, {"--name1--", "--name2--"}},
in
#"Added Items"
I saw Cube documentation, there are some functions like Cube.Parameter , Cube.Filter.
I tried using them but I was not able to filter the data at loading stage, as this will save time and resource.
Has anyone done this?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks !
Its an OLAP Cube, any ideas on it ?
No, I don't know MDX. I hope someone else can help you further.
is this a true OLAP cube or a Power BI dataset semantic model ? If the latter then you should use DAX queries.
