Hi all,
I have an xlm-file imported into PowerQuery. The imported table contains columns with "Tables" as elements. The tables can of course be expanded to show the content. Unfortunately there is one column that contains both "Tables" and text as elements. Is there a way to deal with such a column? I currently can neither expand this table column (because of the text cells) nor can I filter on the lines containing the text or the tables, respectively.
Is there way to separate the lines containing table elements from those containing text elements?
Thank you any response!

Hi @PeRoma,
You can try this. To select all table type values:
Table.SelectRows( PrevStepName, each Value.Is( [YourColumnName], Table.Type))
or select all text type values:
Table.SelectRows( PrevStepName, each Value.Is( [YourColumnName], Text.Type))
Where PrevStepName and YourColumnName need to be updated to reflect, the table and column to filter.
I hope this is helpful
