Dear Experts:
Please assist to fix the following error message:
I would like to Filter [AllRev] table based on the CutDate and perform further calculations.
[AllRev] has a column name [MaxDate]
I tried below syntex:
= Table.AddColumn(WholeTable, "Custom", (x) => Table.SelectRows([AllRev], each [MaxDate] <= x[CutDate]))
CutDate AllRev Custom
| 43105 | [Table] | |
| 43112 | [Table] | |
| 43119 | [Table] |
Expression.Error: There is an unknown identifier. Did you use the [field] shorthand for a _[field] outside of an 'each' expression?

I think PQ is stating that it cannot find [AllRev]. Try adding the bold below.
Table.AddColumn(WholeTable, "Custom", (x) => Table.SelectRows(x[AllRev], each [MaxDate] <= x[CutDate]))
