Extract Text with Wildcards

I have a column of project names. Somewhere in that string is the circuit ID. It begins with uppercase "C" and will have 3 OR 4 numbers behind it. Then a space, or a hyphen.  The circuit ID is not in...

It'd be great if sample data with sensitive data removed could be provided.

    Here's a sample set. The circuit ID "CXXX" or "CXXXX" can be anywhere in the string.
