I tried to import a new table from Excel file and got an error. I ignored it but later while I tried to refresh other tables I got an error message.
For the existed tables I got the following message: "Load was cancelled by an error in loading in previous table", and for the new table that caused an error (let's call it 'Problem Table'), I got this message: "The column 'Column35' of the table wasn't find".
Then I deleted 'Problem Table', but I still get the same errors, also regarding the deleted 'Problem Table'. That means that the 'Problem Table' has not been deleted indeed, although I stoped to see it in Data or in Reletationships, which is really very strange.
What can I do about it
Solved! Go to Solution.
You cannot delete a table in Power Query that has other queries that are dependent on it, so you didn't delete the one that has the error.
You need to go back to that source table and fix the issue that is loading "column35" as a column name. Look in your Excel worksheet for that column in a table.

MCSA: BI ReportingHello,
I try to start power query in excel and it crashes.
I have Microsoft 365 family, Windows 10.
i don’t understand why I’m able to use Legacy procedures but not the classic way, is there any option I should check?
I can’t find a solution.
