Error REST API connecting to Google BigQuery

Dear community,
I managed to connect via Google BigQuery to desktop. It connects and updates. Once I publish it to my workspace and try to update the dataset, it gives me the next error:

Data source error: DataSource.Error: <ccon>ODBC: ERROR [42000] [Microsoft][BigQuery] (100) Error interacting with REST API: VPC Service Controls: Request is prohibited by organization's policy. vpcServiceControlsUniqueIdentifier: FkKeFFrz8LYdXcFeezO66_OgMAR7a6kC7W9g4Cv71eo5nfAeiHXdQg.. DataSourceKind = GoogleBigQuery. DataSourcePath = GoogleBigQuery. OdbcErrors = #table({"SQLState", "NativeError", "Message"}, {}). </ccon>. The exception was raised by the IDbCommand interface. I connect to Google BigQuery via Google BigQuery connector. I set my ProjectID and Billing ProjectID in query settings. I use OAuth2 Authentication method and Organisational Privicy level. I use "Always combine data according to my privacy level..." in Security settings. I pretty much tried all the solutions posted in the internet. I have full access to the Google Project. I can connect to the same data source via Tableau without any problems. It looks like this is a big API issues in Power BI that hasn't still resolved.

I do set a separate ODBC connection via Simba that I can use via Gateway but this is not a solution for me because I need the direct connection.

Please, help me with any solution. Thank you.
