Solved: Dynamic M parameter is not working

I create a parameter and run the directquery with

SQLQuery = "select source_id, entity_id, time from table where source_id = '" & SourceID & "'",

I also do the binding. But it is not working when the SourceID is changed.

I am not sure the reason and how can I see the value of the M parameter?
