I have merged 2 tables based on a unique ID #, in one of the tables there is multiple rows of values (text) based on the same ID#, when the merge was done new rows where added based on the multiple values for the unique ID# and the text in other columns adjacent was duplicated in the added rows. My problem is that now my counts for these coloumns is out based on the duplicate text. Is there a way to filter and/or remove the duplicate text from the added rows so the duplicate values are not counted?
Hi @ATMC ,
Could you provide an example? ๐

Hard to give you an example from the actual table but from the screenshot, Need to keep the text in the first row of the Blue box, remove the duplicates but keep the three rows adjacent in the orange box
Hi @ATMC ,
You can do as follows.
Sample data.
1.Select [Risk Register] column to group by. In the operation select "All Rows".
2.Add a custom column to add an index column.
3.Expand the Custom column and add a conditional column.
4.Remove the unneeded columns and rename the conditional column as "Risk Regiter".
