Is it possible to click on a number and find out the data behind it ?
For example :
I want to be able to click on 45 and find out the list how this 45 came up. That list should be customisable and it should show me the ticket number, engineer name, subject etc

Hi @Anonymous ,
Set up drillthrough in Power BI reports - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
You could set up drillthrough in Power BI. With drillthrough in Power BI reports, you can create a destination target page in your report that focuses on a specific entity such as a supplier, customer, or manufacturer. When your report readers right-click a data point in other source report pages, they drill through to the target page to get details that are filtered to that context.
There's a blog that teaches you how to create drillthrough reports.

As far as I know that this is still not possible. However, I am not a big expert in Power BI, so I would suggest that you seek help at Power BI Desktop forum.
