Calculate Date and time from Different Column

Hi There,

Is it possible to calculate date and time from different columns?

I'd like to calculate the difference in date and time between these two columns; please assist.

    Use below formula

    = ([Inbound Date]&[Inbound Time])-([Out Date]&[Out Time])
