Desktop error connecting to Multidimensional Cube

This is the error I get:

 

 

Couldn't load teh schema for the database model

Couldn't load the model associated with this report.  Make sure you have a connection to the server, and try again.

Microsoft.ReportingServices.Diagnostics.Utilities.CannotRetrieveModelException: An error occurred while loading the model for the item or data source 'EntityDataSource'. Verify that the connection information is correct and that you have permissions to access the data source. ---> Microsoft.AnalysisServices.AdomdClient.AdomdErrorResponseException: Internal error: An unexpected error occurred (file 'xlmodel.cpp', line 4835, function 'XLTableAttrPaths::InitOLAP').

I am having the same problem. Trying to create a live connection to a SQL SERVER 2014 SP1 Analysis Services MD cube. We are able to connect via Import but the limited functionality doesn't meet our needs. Multiple users are having the same issue.
