Date Parameter input for API data source parameter

I have 

https://SERVER.com/api/something/Something?startTime=2020/05/28%2008:00:00&endTime=2020/05/29%2008:0...BCD

to be the data source for my PowerBI report. Does anyone knows how to make the 2020/05/28%2008:00:00 be able to be input by the user. I want the user able to input the date that they need without going for the advanced editor by themself. Is that possible?

You could use a paramter to store the date, then save your file as a template file (pbit).  That way, when the user opens the pbit, they will get prompted to provide the date parameter value.
