Hi all, I am a fairly new user of datamarts. I created several dataflows in Power BI service to feed them as a data source for a datamart. The resulting ETLs do not have any datetime type columns. However, when attempting to create a report, one particular column gives me this error.
The error message clearly states that the out of range error is due to a datetime column. The weird thing is that I created this report in Power BI Desktop using the same dataflows with no issues. Is this due to the fact that datamarts generate a dataset that one can query using SQL? Why does it mention datetime when there is no such data type? Does anyone know a workaround?
Thanks.
Hi @stochastic_desc ,
1. Try getting it as a TEXT rather than DATE datatype in Power BI.
2. Check if the data is out of range.
