Dataflow Errors after Changing Datasource files

Hello,

I have two dataflows that take the files dropped into a SharePoint folder and pull them into PBI. I am new to this and was not the one to build these flows. Recently, the users went in and dropped new files. The files have the same tab within each one, labeled as "Sheet 1". However, some columns were removed and some were added. Additionally, the excel files have the data formatted as a table.

The flow should be pulling in all of the files that are dropped into that SharePoint folder. The Sheet 1 from each file should be then exctracted to pull in all the rows. The dataflow then filters that data and creates two tables.

After the users added in the new files, There are many errors which I am unsure how to fix. Any help will be appreciated.

can you correct the submissions so that all files again have the same structure?

Otherwise you will have to learn how to handle missing and extra columns in Power Query.  Learn about the difference between Table.SelectColumns and Table.RemoveColumns .  Learn about ? and ?? and ...  - these will all help you make your ingestion more robust.
