Hi experts!
I have a low SQLs in Databricks within a Workspace that I would like to leverage in Poewr BI.
I saw we are now able to get the data via SQL as well using the databricks connector.
But somehow I am not able to copy and past the SQL from Databricks directly as the same SQL into power bi.
Seems like there are some limitations on the end of power bi.
For instance, the following SQL line I am not able to get in Power BI:
SELECT
JCDS.MANDT,
JCDS.OBJNR,
MAX(to_timestamp((UDATE || UTIME), 'yyyyMMddHHmmss')) JCDS_TIMESTAMP
FROM sap_jcds
Now, what is the bast approach to get the same data within Power BI as in Databricks as an ad-hoc report from a workspace?
Hi, @joshua1990
If you can not paste SQL in this way then you can recreate the same logic in PQ M code then create viz. Or you can create view in DB then connect to that view in PBI.
