Power Query vertical row preview shows different records than record selected

Hi all.  I have scoured the internet for hours looking for a resolution, and I am officially stumped.  I don't even know how to search this to get meaningful right results.  Anyway...

Inside PQ, when I click on a row to bring up the vertical preview of that record's values in the table, it's returning the values of a completely different record.  (See attached photo.)  I've tried refreshing the data, but nothing seems to work.

Anyone have any idea what this is about, and how to fix it?  Totally lost.
