Hi! @Anonymous
Can you check that your excel file has correct data type for all columns and there are no special characters in your data. The error seems to be due to the source file.
The problem is the excel files are password protected, after posting this help request. i noticed the files are loaded to share point with password protected.

MCSA: BI ReportingHi, we are having the same issue after a system update on the program that generates the reports. They aren't password protected, is there something else we can try?
Hi, I think we might be having the same issue. Do you use Wdesk, and were you able to find a solution?
We've had to open each new report in Excel and enable editing. Checking with our IT to see if that can be turned off
Did you find an answer to this question?
If your query is collecting Excel files from a folder, it might be that a hidden file is located in the folder. These files have file names preceded by a dollar sign ($). View hidden items in the source folder and delete any files beginning with a dollar sign ($). This has happened to me several times.
