I have our database located on a sharepoint. When I loaded the data into power BI desktop, I noticed i was missing the time duration(first picture below). that is precalculated and uploaded into the sharepoint database in decimal format. (second picture below). i cannot figure out why this data isn't pulling from the database. any thoughts?

Do you maybe mean a sharepoint list?
Can that field be calculated in Power Query?
Yes, I meant sharepoint list.
the Field can be calculated in Power Query. However, the precalculated response times have the non-business hours excluded. If I do a calculated field in Power Query, i'll have to figure out how to remove non-business hours based off region/country. which i don't know how to do.
Among your data sources you would have a Calendar table and a reference table that includes details like business hours per region, weekend days, holidays, DST observance etc.
