Data Set Relationships and Visuals

Hi guys,

I have a large set of data from our CRM. Some of the data has an attached ID number (e.g. RioTinto/ ID123456)

The majority of the data I need from this data set has its own unique ID number. I created separate tables in power query with each column and its correlating ID number. I then created a fact table with all the ID numbers. I've then attempted to create relationships out of the original data using the ID numbers.

When I am trying to create visuals, such as a bar chart with bid value by organisation. The data will display the organisations on the X axis but the values associated with each organisation is exactly the same.

If however, I use the original data set without any relationships, it works seamlessly.

Any help would be appreciated!

Hi @BF22 ,

Can you:

1) Share a screenshot of your related model,

2) Identify which table you are taking 'Organisations' from on your X axis and,

3) Give details of the location/calculation for 'Bid Value' please?

Thanks,

Pete
