Data Refresh

Hi there,

I have a file that I have just updated all of the queries for so that my refresh is more efficient, but when I try to refresh the data, it just spins on the refresh screen and never applies the queries. All of the data is loaded into the file in terms of the size of the files, but it is just frozen on the load screen. Is there a reason that is typically the cause of this? And if so, what is the fix for that problem?

Thank you in advance!

Hi @NJ81858 ,

You could check the following to improve performance of power query. Such as disabling background refresh and using Table.Buffer.

Speeding up power query

Table.Buffer for cashing intermediate query results or how workaround Unnecessary Queries Issue
