Hello everyone. I have a query that retrieves data from an Excel file "Current Month" that only contains formulas referencing other spreadsheets, and those referenced spreadsheets are updated every night.
My issue is that because the "Current Month" file itself is not actually changed or updated, Power Query is not refreshing the data from that file.
If I open / save "Current Month", then run "Refresh Preview" in Power Query the data in Power Query is updated as intended, but unless I open/save the file Power Query thinks the data hasn't changed so doesn't update the data.
If I simply "Refresh Preview" without open / save of "Current Month" file Power Query doesn't update the data.
I can't find how to force Power Query to refresh the query when it appears the "Current Month" file hasn't changed.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated 🙂
Thank you.
