I have a user that is trying to refresh an excel sheet that has a power query building the data but when they click "Refresh All" under the "Data" menu they get following error:
"[DataSource.Error] Microsoft SQL: Cannot open server "xxxxx.org.uk" requested by the login. Th login fialed"
No one else in the organisation is getting the error. Can anyone tell me why this might be or even better hoew to fix it.

Based on your infotmation, You need to check the following points:
1.If your login username is right, you can refer to the following link.

2.Make sure that you have configure the firewall in Azure, you can refer to the following link.

Verify that the account has permission to access the database, and you have set up a firewall rule to allow Power BI Desktop to make a connection to Azure SQL.
