I have one column containing three type of values , i want to create three new columns each column containing distinct type of value which were there in first column, and having zero in all other cells .

Since you are in the Power Query forum, this is a Power Query answer. You could probably also do something similar in DAX.
Create a Custom Column, named "Col 2" with a literal value of "0". Create another Custom Column named "Col 3" with this formula: if [Col1] = "B" then "B" else 0. Create Custom Column "Col4" with similar logic.
