Start Date
Fix Date
=IF fixdate is equal to Start date then Yes else no.

First time fix column =
IF (
MINX (
FILTER (
'Table',
'Table'[job] = EARLIER ( 'Table'[job] )
&& 'Table'[Fix Date] <> BLANK ()
),
'Table'[Fix Date]
) = 'Table'[Fix Date],
"Yes",
"No"
)
